Shipping & Delivery
BestAtTech ships technology and outlet products to supported destinations shown at checkout. Available shipping methods and the final shipping charge are always displayed before payment.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping: $4.95 for orders under $59.95.
Free standard shipping on orders of $59.95 or more.
If a destination, product type or carrier requires a different rate, the valid rate shown at checkout takes priority.
Order handling
We work to prepare orders quickly. Handling and delivery times can vary by product, destination, supplier location and carrier. Any delivery estimate shown on the product page or at checkout is an estimate unless explicitly stated as guaranteed.
Multiple-item orders
Some orders may be shipped in more than one parcel, especially when products are sourced from different stock locations. If that happens, parcels can arrive separately.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be provided through the order information or shipping notification. Tracking can take some time to update after a parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delivery issues
If a parcel is substantially delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, contact hereforyou@bestattech.com with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant fulfilment or shipping provider and handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Taxes and import charges
Taxes, duties and import charges can depend on the destination and the checkout configuration. Any amounts collected by BestAtTech are shown during checkout. Customers should review the final order total before paying.
