Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from BestAtTech.com. BestAtTech operates this online store from Norway using Shopify’s ecommerce platform.

1. Products and availability

We sell technology products, including outlet, overstock, campaign inventory and limited-stock items. Availability can change quickly. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it unless Shopify explicitly confirms otherwise.

2. Prices and currency

Store prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties or other charges may depend on the customer’s destination and the checkout configuration. We may change prices before an order is placed. If an obvious technical or pricing error occurs, we may contact the customer before fulfilment to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law.

3. Orders

An order is subject to product availability, successful payment and the information provided at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order where required by law, where payment fails, where fraud is reasonably suspected, or where fulfilment is genuinely impossible. Any refund due after a cancellation will be handled through the original payment method where possible.

4. Shipping

Shipping options, charges and any free-shipping threshold shown at checkout form part of the order. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated. See our Shipping & Delivery page for current information.

5. Returns, withdrawal and defective goods

Your statutory consumer rights are not reduced because an item is sold as outlet, clearance or discounted stock. Where a legal right of withdrawal applies, you can use it in accordance with applicable consumer law. 6. Product information

We work to keep descriptions, images, specifications and compatibility information accurate. Manufacturers can revise packaging or specifications, and screen colours can differ. If a material error affects your order, contact us and we will handle it in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the store for unlawful activity.

8. Intellectual property

BestAtTech website content, branding and original design elements may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law permits it. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the privacy choices available through Shopify.

10. Governing law and mandatory consumer protection

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer in another country, this choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
