Outlet and clearance pricing does not remove the consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases
For consumers covered by EEA distance-selling rules, eligible online purchases generally include a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, subject to legal exceptions. You do not need to give a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, email hereforyou@bestattech.com before the withdrawal period expires. Include your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. We will provide return instructions.
Unless BestAtTech agrees otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising a change-of-mind withdrawal where applicable law permits this. Goods should be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond that may be deducted where permitted by law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hereforyou@bestattech.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess physical shipping damage quickly. Your statutory remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods are not limited by this policy.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing can also depend on the payment provider or bank. Any refund will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Exceptions
Certain products can be excluded from a statutory right of withdrawal where the law provides an exception, for example certain sealed goods after the seal has been broken or goods made to a customer’s specifications. We will only rely on an exception where it is legally relevant to the product concerned.
Clearance and limited-stock products
Products marked Crazy Price, Outlet Drop, Final Units, Low Stock or similar remain covered by the consumer rights that apply to the purchase. A discount itself is not a reason to refuse a valid statutory claim.
